ABOUT ME

I began my journey with deep questions of faith but truly found my path through presence. Over a decade with horses taught me how to guide with calm and subtle influence. That presence led me to energy work which is essentially involved in all my offerings.

 

When the world distanced during the pandemic, sound became my bridge for healing through vibration. And when I faced death up close, I became an End of Life doula and learned to see every ending as a life transition.

 

Runes also became another mystical tool in my practice, not only for creating magical talismans to focus energy and intention with natural artwork, but to also offer readings and workshops for helping others unlock their own insights about this amazing symbology.

Then getting to learn about facilitating supportive games and helpful dynamics known as Authentic Relating, is really shaping my way of leading everything I do, and how I hold space with my services.

 

Whether through sound, runes, energy work or authentic relating, I guide people out of distraction and division back to connection. My mission is to cultivate community wherever I’m called, honoring our human nature and power.
